FAQ Questions

1. What is Safe Embrace?

Safe Embrace is a reflective writing service. You write about something that’s on your mind, and a real human reads it carefully and responds with a thoughtful, written reflection to help you gain perspective and clarity.

2. Is this therapy or counselling?

No. Safe Embrace is not therapy, counselling, or mental health treatment. It does not provide diagnosis, advice, or crisis support. It is a non-clinical reflective writing service.

3. Who will read my submission?

Your writing is read by a real person, not AI. Responses are written thoughtfully and personally, based on what you choose to share.

4. How long does it take to receive a response?

You can choose between:

Standard response: within 48–72 hours

Priority response: within 24 hours

Response times are stated clearly before payment.

5. How will I receive my reply?

Your response will be sent privately by email to the address you provide at checkout.

6. Is my writing confidential?

Yes. Submissions are treated as private and confidential. They are read only for the purpose of providing your reflective response and are not shared, published, or used for marketing.

7. What kind of topics can I write about?

You can write about anything you feel comfortable sharing — thoughts, situations, decisions, emotions, or experiences. However, the service is not suitable for emergencies or crisis situations.

8. What if I’m in distress or need urgent help?

Safe Embrace does not offer crisis support or immediate assistance.
If you are experiencing distress or feel at risk, please contact local emergency services or a qualified professional.
