Refund policy
This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through Safe Embrace website.
1. Digital service notice
Safe Embrace provides a digital, personalized service. Once a submission has been reviewed and a response has been written or delivered, the service is considered complete.
2. When refunds are not available
Refunds are not provided in the following situations:
-A response has already been delivered
-The user is dissatisfied with the tone, content, or perspective of the response
-The user changes their mind after submitting
-The service was used as intended and delivered within the stated timeframe
Because responses are custom-written, they cannot be returned or reused.
3. When refunds may be granted
A refund may be issued in the following limited circumstances:
-Payment was taken but no response was delivered
-A technical error prevented submission or delivery
-Duplicate payment was made in error
Refund requests must be made within 7 days of payment.
4. Subscriptions
Subscription payments are non-refundable once any entries have been used
Unused entries do not roll over unless stated otherwise
Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time to prevent future charges
